What do you see in yourself? I’m not talking about what people say about you. We are all struggling within ourselves. But do you know what to do with you?
Everybody have a his-story or a her-story. Why not make this a God-story? You’ve been belittled, degraded, dismissed and the whole nine yards. But what they fail to realize is that you are a diamond in the rough just trying to make it. Again I ask what do you do with you? Still you refuse to choose.
Okay you say you need more time so you can do you. Shortly after, you running from things you normally don’t see. Asking yourself “Why any of this is making any sense to me?”
It dawned on you that you are a prisoner of your past trying to break free. Once again I ask what do you do with you? You then got on your knees seeking to be redeem by the Lord. Because you feel like you are striking the last cord or because you keep visioning and hearing angels singing a chord.
You may feel that you are a “nobody” and that you are “weak”. Listen! God loves to use those who feel weak to show cast His power to prove who He is! It’s like seeing a beautiful flower blooming! Feel no ashame! For we are fearfully and wonderfully made. He is the potter and we are the clay. This is who He wants us to be. Say to yourself, “There are no duplicates of me!” You, Hey you over there, you are an original created by Him alone!
Who would have known an individual who couldn’t hear do the impossible?
Who would have known an individual who couldn’t talk become a motivational speaker?
Who would have known an individual who’ve been in foster care rise above the circumstances?
No! No one would have known! We are too busy judging the unknown. But who are we to judge when we didn’t let go of our own grudge?
Finally, I ask again “What do you do with you? What do you see in yourself?”
