Encouragement, Faith, Reflection

New Year, New Beginnings!

Happy New Years My Readers!!

It’s a few days after the 1st of January 2019. How does it feel to step into the new year? Do you still write your dates ending with 2018 and realize it’s 2019? I made that mistake today and changed the year real quick. What do you plan for this year? Or should I say, what do you look forward to in 2019? Remember you have to come with expectations and believe that it will occur as long as you put some grind and hustle behind your faith and prayer. The Bible said in the book of James “Faith without work is dead”. In other words you need to put in work and do your part.

This year is the year of new beginnings. The chance to be able to do things that hasn’t been done in 2018. Dare to be bold and dare to be YOU without holding anything back! This is the year to be living your best life freely that makes you happy no matter what people say or think of you. We only get one chance at this thing called life! So why not make the best of it?

It’s time to make changes in your life if you are tired of getting the same results over and over. Aren’t you tired? Let me answer that for you…..Yes you are tired so it’s time for a makeover!!!

Talk positive to yourself and learn to encourage yourself, because there will be some days when no one is by your side when you need them. All you have is God, Allah, your Higher Power you believe in. For starters, write words of encouragement on a post-it sticky or index card and post it around the house. Be like Mary Jane Paul from “Being Mary Jane” posting quotes throughout the house. I have some posted in my room, my bathroom and in my children’s room. As for my children I seen a change within two days of them reading the encouragement to having an awesome day at school! So why don’t you give it a try and let it change your way of thinking.

This is the year to come head to head against fear and step outside of your comfort zone! Each time you step outside of your comfort zone, dance like you’ve never dance before. I’m dancing and shouting “Yes, Kamil you did it!! Keep the momentum up!!”

AIM to make this a good year. Reflect on 2018 and what it has taught you. Those important lessons you’ve learned was a necessity for you so you could apply it to your life. And from those lessons you’ve gained wisdom so you could share with others what you’ve learned. Each day I read the Bible asking God to give me wisdom so that I could apply it to my life to share with others. You may say 2018 has been painful for you, but you had to go through it to get to your promise land.

May you all have a prosperous year full of love, peace, happiness, and whatever your heart desires! Continue to stay encouraged and blessed!!
